Our stay at Vila Hercules was a delightful escape into nature's embrace. The sun terrace and swimming pool provided a serene spot to unwind, while the surrounding garden offered a tranquil ambiance. The rooms, each with a private bathroom and a flat-screen TV, were spacious and comfortable, inviting relaxation after a day of adventures. We particularly enjoyed the balcony in our room, offering breathtaking views of the river and hills. Our days were filled with exciting activities, including fishing trips organized by the property, exploring the Danube's Gorges, and leisurely walks along the riverbank. Free WiFi throughout the property was a convenient touch, allowing us to stay connected amidst the rustic charm of the setting.Situated in Dubova, Vila Hercules struck the perfect balance between serenity and accessibility. The nearby town of Băile Herculane, a short drive away, offered additional opportunities for exploration and relaxation. The shared kitchen facilities were a welcome convenience, although a kettle would have been a nice addition for instant coffee enthusiasts like us.
